Landscape Crew Member

Full-TimeChino, CA (field routes throughout Southern California)

Perform routine commercial landscape maintenance including mowing, edging, blowing, trimming, and general grounds upkeep at commercial properties across our service area.

What We're Looking For

  • Reliable transportation to our Chino yard
  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Attention to detail and pride in finished work
  • Team player — punctual and dependable
  • Prior landscaping experience preferred but not required

Landscape Crew Lead / Foreman

Full-TimeChino, CA (field routes throughout Southern California)

Lead a small crew on daily commercial routes. Responsible for quality control, crew coordination, client site standards, and reporting back to management.

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of commercial landscaping experience
  • Experience leading or supervising a crew
  • Strong communication skills
  • Valid driver's license — ability to drive company vehicles a plus
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
